/KASE, August 26, 2020/ – Wholesale and Retail Trade Venture (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder of August 24, 2020:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company and to use net income
for the development of the company.
