/KASE, August 18, 2020/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of the Management
Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of August 6, 2020, it has agreed to
include Eurobonds XS2214305737 (KZT1,000, KZT60.0 bn, August 19, 2020 – August 19,
2028, semi-annual coupon – inflation in Kazakhstan + margin; 30/360) of the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the "Securities of international
financial organizations" sector of KASE Official List.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) is the initiator of
admittance of these bonds.
This decision of the Management Board became effective as of August 18, 2020, as
the issuer fulfilled the terms set in subitem 1) of item 2 of Chapter 2 of Appendix
2.5 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) EBRDe11.
