/KASE, August 18, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 p.m. on
September 14, 2020 with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company’s
shareholders;
- on determining the number and the term of office of the Board of Directors’
members and election of its member and early termination of their powers and on
determining the amount and conditions for remuneration, reimbursement of expenses
of Board of Directors’ members for the performance of their duties.
