/KASE, August 6, 2020/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of July
30, 2020 the Board of Directors was re-elected as follows:
- D.B. Kanashev, a member of the Board of Directors;
- V.V. Dzhumanbayev, a member of the Board of Directors;
- R.M. Makhat, a member of the Board of Directors;
- S.V. Yeltsov, a member of the Board of Directors;
- B.B. Makhanov, a member of the Board of Directors.
Given the changes made, KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern’s Board of
Directors comprises five people.
