/KASE, August 6, 2020/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of supplementing the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for September 7, 2020 at 15:00 o'clock with the issue "of making additions and changes to the Charter of "Kazakhtelecom" JSC". The agenda of said meeting taking into account the addition: - on changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors; - on remuneration to the company's independent directors; - on making an addition and change to the company's charter.
