Inflows on the republican budget of 2003 will be overfulfiled by KZT72.6 bn

/Kazakhstan today, April 22, 03/ - Overfulfilment of inflows on the republican budget of 2003 will be KZT72.6 bn. Minister of economics and budget planning Kairat Kelimbetov informed about it today, on April 22 at the conference of the government. According to his words, the specified forecast of the republican budget's revenue part will be 632.6 bn. tenge that is more by 69.7 bn. than it was planned. At that, tax inflows are specified with growth by 67,7 bn. tenge, non-tax - with growth by 1.9 bn. tenge. Revenues from operation with capital are forecasted with growth against the confirmed plan by 0.16 bn. tenge, the specified forecast on credits payi8ng off is confirmed with growth against the planned by 2. 9 bn. tenge. "Taking into account the expected overfulfilment concerning inflows, total volume of supply will also equal to 72.6 bn. tenge", - Kelimbetov noted. At the same time, according to his words, in accordance with changing of the forecast of tenge's rate relative to dollar from 161 to 154 tenge, there appears economy in the amount of 6.2 bn. tenge "due to planned decrease of expenses on government's debt servicing and other expenses, which appear in dollar equivalent ". Thus, as the whole resource part for growth of expenses was equal to 78.8 bn. tenge, the minister noted. According to his words, main changes in the supply will be directed towards realization of measures, which follow from the message of the country's head (65.1 bn. tenge). Besides, it's planned to spend 19.4 bn. tenge for increasing of minimal size of pension and differential increase depending on seniority. 45.7 bn. tenge are spent for foundation of new and consolidation of existing governmental institutions of development including: Kazakhstan investment fund - 23 bn. tenge, Innovation fund - 3 bn. tenge, State insuring corporation on export insurance - 7,7 bn. tenge, Development Bank of Kazakhstan - 12 bn. tenge (7.7 bn. tenge of them - for increasing of authorized capital, 4.3 bn. tenge - for replenishment of credit resources). Out of remaining 13 bn. tenge - 3 bn. tenge are spent for building of objects in Astana, 2 bn. tenge - for building of roads in Western Kazakhstan, 1 bn. tenge - for participation in authorized capital of Building-society savings bank.
