provided KASE with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial
statement for 2019.

The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
According to the auditor's report, which contains grounds for a qualified opinion,
the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects,
the consolidated financial position of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation
and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2019, and their consolidated financial
results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date
in accordance with the IFRS.
