Shareholders of Tengri Bank elect new composition of the bank's Board of Directors

Sanjay Varshneya – member of the Board of Directors 2. Arun Shrivastava – member of the Board of Directors - independent director 3. Igor Goverdovskiy – member of the Board of Directors - independent director 4. Evgeniy Seipulnik– member of the Board of Directors - independent director 5. Yerzhan Shaikenov – member of the Board of Directors Sanjay Varshneya – Certified Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He started his career at Punjab National Bank (PNB) on September 30, 1991. He has been working in executive positions since 2009. Currently holds the position of General Director (Treasury, head office of Punjab National Bank). Arun Shrivastava has nearly 35 years of experience in all key banking segments, in particular, corporate lending, strategic planning, debt restructuring, asset monitoring and recovery. He headed key banks in India, including Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Syndicate Bank. Igor Goverdovskiy has a five-year degree in accounting and finance.
