/KASE, July 30, 2020/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00
p.m. , September 3, 2020, with the issue on concluding major transaction by the
company on the agenda.
