/KASE, July 29, 2020/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start
at 11:00 a.m. on September 14, 2020 with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the company’s General Meeting;
- on making major interested party transactions.
