National Bank of Kazakhstan has approved report about results of issue and floatation of shares of Alliance Bank OJSC (Kazakhstan) of the 2nd issue

/IRBIS, April 16, 03/ - Alliance Bank OJSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded at Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) highest listing category, has spread message, which says that on April 15 of 2003 Financial supervision department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the article 24 of Kazakhstan Law "About securities market" dated March 5 of 1997, approved report about results of issue and floatation of shares of Alliance Bank OJSC of the second issue. According to the bank's information, the issue has been included into the State register of securities under the number А4031-1. The issue consists of 82,087 common inscribed shares with the face value KZT10,000 each to the amount of KZT820,870.0 th., and the paid authorized capital is KZT2.0 bn. [2003-04-16]
