/KASE, July 21, 2020/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE by the letter dated July 17, 2020 "about restructuring of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage by way of its merger with Baiterek Development. According to the company's information, from the date of the signing of the Certificate of Ownership and Merger and the Accession Agreement, all property rights and responsibilities of Baiterek Development are transferred in full to Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company.
