According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 445,797,218 pieces;
• 397,797,218 common shares of the company are issued;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total issued shares of the company is RSI "National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
