/KASE, July 16, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that trading in bonds KZ2C00004356 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZIKb28) of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE from August 14, 2020.

The suspension is related to the general meeting of holders of these bonds scheduled for August 14, 2020, where they will consider making changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds.

Trading in the bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after the receipt by KASE of respective changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds and confirmation from the Central Securities Depository about resumption of their offering and circulation in its accounting system.
