/KASE, July 16, 2020/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the general meeting of bonds KZ2C00004356 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZIKb28) by way of absentee voting will be held on August 14, 2020.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of making amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus.
