/KASE, July 9, 2020/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders
dated July 3, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the
Board of Directors:
- removed: Sermazi Domenico – member of the Board of Directors, B. Aitkenova
– member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- removed: N. Smagulov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, D. Mukametbai – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary company
"Aktobe-Temir-VS" consists of five persons: Z. Zhangasiyev, N. Smagulov, D.
Satmagambetov, M. Abuov, D. Mukametbai.
