/KASE, July 3, 2020/ – Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk
Insurance Company" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that A.M. Isayeva, deputy chairman of
Management Board, was excluded from the Management Board by the decision of the
Board of Directors of June 30, 2020.
Given these changes, currently, Management Board of Subsidiary Organization of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Insurance Company" consists of three people: E.B.
Kambetbayev, A.G. Sychev and A.V. Borodovitsyn.
