/KASE, July 1, 2020/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 p.m.,
July 30, 2020, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- on the approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income
for 2019 and the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of the company;
- on consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
