/KASE, July 1, 2020/ – Investment House Fincraft (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on August 17,
2020 by absentee voting with the following agenda:
1) on the approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders of the company;
2) on changing the terms of major interested party transaction.
