From July 1 ordinary shares KZ1C00001379 (KMCP) of Kazakhmys Copper transferred from sector "shares" of alternative market into category "standard" of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, June 30, 2020/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 30, 2020 took a decision on transfer of ordinary shares KZ1C00001379 (KMCP) of Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty) from the sector "shares" of the alternative market into the category "standard" of KASE official list's main market. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect from July 1, 2020. In KASE's conclusion dated June 26, 2020 it is said that based on results of the check of Kazakhmys Copper and its mentioned shares they were found to be compliant with criteria and requirements specified in the Listing Rules, for presence of said shares in the category "standard" of KASE official list's main market.
