/KASE, June 30, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 15, 2020 the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: Z. Nadyrov – Chairman of the Management Board, K. Amanbayev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for development and innovations;
• appointed: E. Adaibekov – Chairman of the Management Board, E. Minavar – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for development and innovations, K. Barmenkulov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for organizational development.

Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Transtelecom JSC consists of seven persons: E. Adaibekov, D. Zheksembekov, R. Manatayev, M. Akhmetov, K. Barmenkulov, E. Minavar, A. Baimyrzauly.
