/KASE, June 30, 2020/ – Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated June 24, 2020 E. Ogay was appointed the
Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Kazakhmys Copper
consists of four persons: E. Ogay, V. Kim, S. Ainabayeva, E. Kenzhenov.
