/KASE, June 29, 2020/ – Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated June 24, 2020 the following persons
were elected to the composition of the Management Board:
- B. Krykpyshev – Chairman of the Management Board;
- A. Li – member of the Management Board;
- M. Bekmakhanova – member of the Management Board;
- G. Zholamanova – member of the Management Board;
- R. Kabieva – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Kazakhmys Copper
JSC consists of five persons.
