/KASE, June 29, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 pm, July 27, 2020.

The only issue on the meeting agenda is making amendments to the major interested party transaction.
