/KASE, June 24, 2020/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the general meeting of partners held on June 12, 2020:

• to pay out net income in the amount of KZT391,157,346 to the partners;
• to allocate the remaining amount of KZT391,157,347.09 to development of the partnership.
