listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on July 20, 2020 at
15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the
company;
- on conclusion by the company of an interested party transaction.
