/KASE, June 18, 2020/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision of
the Board of Directors of June 11, 2020, R.S. Zhakanbayev, Financial Director,
was removed from Board.
Given these changes, the Management Board of Nurbank comprises four people: E.R.
Sarsenov, A.N. Kim, G.A. Musatayeva, I.I. Telegina.
