In the first quarter of 2003 volume of repo transactions at KASE reached KZT661.5 bn and increased by 12.4% relative to similar period of 2002
/IRBIS, April 2, 03/ - In the first quarter of 2003 volume of repo transactions at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT661,477.5 m ($4,309.2 m) and increased 12.4% relative to similar period of last year.
In 2002 volume of such transactions at KASE was equal to KZT2,809.4 bn ($18,274.2 m).
