/KASE, June 19, 2020/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of its sole shareholder of May 29, 2020:

The shareholder made the following decisions:

• to approve financial statements of the company for 2019;
• to direct net income of the company in the amount of KZT9,210,963,842.63 for 2019 for payment of dividends.
