/KASE, June 4, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
by the decision of the sole shareholder of June 3, 2020, the following changes
were made to the Board of Directors:
- K.Sh. Suleimenov, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
was removed;
- S.Y. Ayupova, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
was elected.
Given this change, Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank’s Board of Directors consists of
eight people: I.V. Poz, I.V. Pyatkov, O.N. Sysuyev, Brawn David Mark, A.T. Chukin,
E. Duisemaliyeva, E. Duisemaliyev, D.V. Osin and S.Y. Ayupova.
