/KASE, June 3, 2020/ – ForteLeasing (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder dated May 29, 2020.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2019, nor pay dividends on
ordinary shares of the company and not to approve the amount of dividends
per ordinary share of the company;
- to determine Ernst & Young LLP as auditing organization that audits the
financial statements of the company in 2020 and for 2020.
