/KASE, June 3, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 29, 2020 T.O. Kozintsev was
elected the chairman of Board of Directors of the bank.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia consists of ten persons: T.O. Kozintsev, N.N. Avdeyenko, G.M.
Anashkin, A.A. Ashurkov, S.A. Akhanov, P.S. Barchugov, A.R. Yelemesov, B.E.
Isengaliyev, V.V. Sitnov and E.A. Tenizbayev.
