/KASE, June 3, 2020/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD (Kyzylorda region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 29, 2020, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- B. Kuanshaliev, a member of the Board of Directors, removed;
- N. Saurambayev, a member of the Board of Directors, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc
consists of five persons: K. Kudaibergen, N. Saurambayev, B. Orynbekov, A.
Bugubayev, E. Magad.
