/KASE, June 2, 2020/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the
Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on May 29, 2020.
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to allocate KZT12,703,532,084.60 for payment of dividends;
- to approve the amount of a dividend of KZT48.86 per one ordinary share for 2019;
- to set the date for launching payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company on the 2019 results – June 9, 2020;
- to choose Ernst & Young as auditor for conducting the audit of the company for
2019.
