/KASE, June 2, 2020/ – Insurance Сompany Amanat (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
the decision of the Board of Directors of June 1, 2020 the following changes were
made to the Management Board of the bank:
- A.E. Mokhnatkin, deputy chairman of Management Board, was removed;
- A.S. Shagutov was elected deputy chairman of Management Board.
Given these changes, Insurance Сompany Amanat’s Management Board consists of
seven people: Nurgaliev E.B., Gavrilov S.P., Zhasuzak B.A., Nekryukova A.A.,
Prmanshaeva G.M., Salimgereyev A.Y. and Shangutov A.S.
