/KASE, June 2, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 28, 2020:
Shareholders also made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2019;
- not to allocate the company's net income for 2019 and not to pay out dividends
on the company's shares.
Overall, decisions on six issues of the agenda were taken at the general meeting
of shareholders.
