with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial statement
for 2019.

The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by Deloitte LLP.
According to the auditor’s report, which contains a qualified opinion, the
consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP and its subsidiaries as of
December 31, 2019, and their consolidated financial results and consolidated
cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date in accordance with the
IFRS.
