/KASE, May 20, 2020/ – National Company Kazakhstan Engineering (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the Board of Director’s decision of May 19, 2020 the
following changes were made in the makeup of the Management Board of the company:
- K.E. Bishimov, Chairman of Management Board, was removed;
- A.Z. Sarsembayev was elected the chairman of Management Board.
Currently, National Company Kazakhstan Engineering’s Management Board consists of
four people: A.Z. Sarsembayev, S.Sh. Parmankulov, R.M. Anseitov, A.A. Komratov.
