/KASE, June 1, 2020/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of
the general meeting of shareholders the following changes were made to the Board
of Directors' composition:
- Noh Mahg Ko – member of the Board of Directors, removed;
- Choi Myeongrim – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
appointed.
Taking into account said changes, Rakhat's Board of Directors consists of five
persons: Choi Myeongrim, K. Fedorets, Baek Kwanhyeon, S. Terechshenko, Bae Junghan.
