/KASE, May 29, 2020/– Baiterek Development (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE of the payout of
dividends on its ordinary shares for 2019 for the total amount of KZT4,745,221,382
to the sole shareholder on May 28, 2020.
