with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial statements for
2019.

reflect reliably in all significant relations the financial position of "Caspiy"
Commodity Exchange JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2019, as well
as their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date in accordance with the IFRS.
