/KASE, May 27, 2020/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00
pm, June 30, 2020. The meeting agenda included the issue of concluding a major
transaction by the company.
