/KASE, May 26, 2020/ – Kazakh Republican Trading House ZANGAR (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will begin at 10:00 am
on June 26, 2020, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2020;
- on determining the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for
the elapsed fiscal year, and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the
company;
- on considering the issue of appeals of shareholders against actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration;
- on informing the company’s shareholders about the amount and the structure of
remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and of the executive body of
the company for 2019.
