/KASE, May 25, 2020/ – Shubarkol Komir (Karaganda), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual
General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 10:00 am, June 26, 2020 with
the following agenda:
- approval of the annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income for
2019;
- on the dividends for 2019, the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the
company;
- on considering shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the company
and its officials and the results of their consideration.
