/KASE, May 22, 2020/ – Ushkuyu (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the
Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on May 19, 2020:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- take into consideration the company’s loss for 2019 financial year in the amount
of KZT5,018,012,000.00 and make decision not to pay dividends on ordinary shares;
- take into consideration the absence of shareholders’ petitions related to the
actions of the company and its officials in 2019.
