/KASE, May 22, 2020/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), the managing company of
interval unit investment trusts, whose units are officially listed in Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by the decision of the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders of May 20, 2020 the following changes were made
to the Board of Directors:
- M.B. Amirbekov, a member of the Board of Directors, was removed;
- T.K. Kamarov, a member of the Board of Directors, was elected.
Given these changes, Board of Directors of Centras Securities comprises three
people: E.S. Abdrazakov, T.K. Kamarov and K.Zh. Amantayev.
