/KASE, May 22, 2020/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decision
of its sole shareholder of May 22, 2020 to approve audited consolidated financial
statements of Mangistaumunaigaz for 2019.
