/KASE, May 22, 2020/ – Mortgage Organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE of decisions of its sole shareholders dated May 20, 2020.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the company's net
income in the amount of KZT8,591,766,210.59 for 2019:
- to pay KZT2,577,532,099.20 as dividends;
- to retain KZT6,014,234,111.39;
- to approve the dividend of KZT423.84 per one ordinary share of the company;
- to pay dividends before June 1, 2020.
