/KASE, May 22, 2020/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decisions of the
Annual General Meeting of the company's shareholders May 21, 2020, O.A. Suleimenov
elected a member of the Board of Director.
Given these changes, KazAzot’s Board of Directors comprises six people: A.B.
Irishev, K.N. Ibrashev, R.R. Ayazbayev, S.A. Abuyev, D.A. Kilybayev, O.A.
Suleimenov.
