/KASE, May 21, 2020/ – KazTransGas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 6, 2020.

The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:

• to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements of the company for 2019;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2019 in the amount of KZT334,334,849,000.
